Everyone has their own standard, but one common choice we see is to get windows cleaned inside and outside once a year, and then have another cleaning of only outsides done as well.
Yes, and we can do both or just one; it is totally up to you. Select window cleaning, where you only get some window you choose, is also an option.
We clean the glass, tracks and screens. We scrub the window with strong eco-friendly cleaners, utilizing abrasive, yet non-scratching scrubbers. We then finish the window with a squeegee and masterful techniques to ensure not only clean windows, but also streak-free windows – guaranteed!
Tracks are given a quick wipe, and screens are given a quick dusting. More in depth screen cleaning is available upon request.
Yes, we have tools which can be used on both without issue, as we deal with these kinds of windows all the time.
Streaks, never! No residue either, only clear views.
This is entirely based on the size of your job, however we can give you a time frame while you are scheduling your service.
For interior windows we do need access to the inside of the home, so someone will need to be able to let us in. For exterior window cleaning only no one needs to be home – we can remove 99% of screens from the outside with our specialized tools.
Yes, as a matter of fact our cleaning products are even used to clean animals after oil spills.
If you are seeing large amounts of debris in the crevices of your roof that are staying for weeks this is 1 sign. Another is seeing any bright green moss on your roof. Roof leaks are actually not in this category, because you do not want to wait for a leak before you act. Remain vigilant by walking around your home at least once a month to inspect your roof.
Simply put, yes. It is very unsightly and harms curb appeal, but the real issue with moss is that it damages your roof. It does this by growing on the edges of shingles. In the early stages it can seem harmless, but the issue arises once it starts to slowly grow under the edges of your shingles. Over time, it begins to pry up your shingles as it grows and allows moisture under your shingles. Long standing moss can spread over the vast majority of your roof if certain shade and moisture conditions are met. North facing roofs that are shaded will be the worst.
The safest way is to brush off the biggest clumps, and then apply an eco-friendly treatment to your roof. This is exactly the service we provide. Pressure/power washing it off may be faster and easier, but it can take years off your roof by applying large amounts of pressure to an entire area, instead of accurately removing only the moss itself.
We only use eco-friendly products.
We use a 2 part process, utilizing both manual removal and treatment. You can do damage to your roof if you scrub it too much with the wrong kind of brushes. We know the right brushes to use, and when to stop scrubbing and let the treatment get the rest. This way your roof stays in good shape. Lastly, if you do it yourself and a month down the line a spot still doesn’t look great you don’t get any kind of guarantee – with us you do. All our cleanings come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Once. This is because removal should be followed up with yearly moss treatments. A moss removal won’t damage your roof, but if you consistently scrape the same spots of your home you are bound to do more harm than good. For this reason one removal followed by eco-friendly treatments is a sound way to approach keeping your roof in good shape.
Yes, our treatments both kill what is there and help prevent future growth.
Twice a year is standard to ensure your gutters are flowing properly. In the fall, unless you are having immediate clogging issues, it is best to wait until all the leaves are down.
Gutters that are not maintained through periodic cleanings can become clogged. These clogs can either make it so the water in your gutters cannot flow, or they can get pushed down your downspouts and create bigger clogs underground. If the clog is at the upper gutter level, water can start to pour onto your fascia board and rafter tails. Over time this can and will lead to water damage in these areas. On the other hand, the underground clog will require specialized services to clear, potentially costing thousands.
Yes, and all of our vehicles are outfit with 32 foot ladders that can reach even 3rd story gutters.
We do not, and as a matter of fact we have many customers who have us blow off their gutter guards for them when they don’t seem to work. This is because the debris on top of it can create a bridge for water, allowing it to cascade over the sides. Gutter guards may stop leaves, but when it comes to tree needles, we have yet to see a gutter guard that does not have issues with them.
The most straight forward sign is water coming over the sides of your gutters. This will happen when the downspouts are clogged and water is not flowing properly. You may also experience dripping water from an area of your gutters even though it isn’t raining. This is another sign that water is not flowing, and unaddressed standing water in your gutter can cause them to sag and not let water flow.

It can, but only until they fill up again. Keeping your home clean is an ongoing battle in the same way keeping your gutters flowing is. That is why paying attention to the warning signs is important.
Yes, we only use techniques that leave your home in tip top shape when we leave.
Aside from improving curb appeal, roof cleaning will extend the life of your roof. Debris on your roof can trap moisture in areas it shouldn’t be. This moisture can then exploit small defects and cause costly water damage. This moisture can also attract roof moss, which grows not only on your roof, but up under your shingles, damaging and loosening them and leaving them susceptible to being blown off during storms.
We use backpack blowers to push the loose debris off your roof, causing no damage in the process. To remove moss, we use stiff bristled brushes and never pressure/power washers. This way we only accurately scrape the moss, and don’t touch the parts of your roof between the moss helping aid longevity.
Yes, but it cannot turn back time. We can keep a roof with 5 years of life left functioning properly, but no cleaning can get a 5 year roof life pushed past its limit. Keeping your roof clear of moisture trapping debris and moss will allow it to reach its full lifespan in the same way getting an oil change allows your car to do the same.
We schedule our services so that it does not take more than a day. If your job is big we will send a whole crew out to ensure this 1 day timeline is met.
Any issues we see are promptly reported to the homeowner with pictures and descriptions. This is including, but not limited to, soft spots, divots, missing shingles, and exposed lumber.
Our backpack blowers may cause some noise, but besides this nothing on the inside of your home will be affected.
Absolutely! Moss grows in clumpy, multi-colored, fuzzy patches that are a real eye sore. Many HOA’s will send you a warning letter to get your roof moss removed for this very reason.
